Not working properly in Mac OS X 10.6

The installation dmg file, it installs in Mac OS X 10.6, but it
does not recognize the modem.
I'm using the HUAWEI E160 E.
After compiling the source code (which had some other issues which
I'll make another ticket) it worked and already recognized the
modem.
