multiple windows

cheetach v1.3(40)
STEPS 1)Usage History 2)Preferences 3)Enable WARN ME WHEN.... and choose 2 GB 4)CONNECT The program opens a lot of windows warning about ... you have passed your limit of 0 gb..... open more and more and more and more.
SUGGESTION If the program opens 1 window with the warning, it needs a system to avoid open more windows on the next seconds. And I dont understand why it says I passed the 0Gb if I choose 2Gb of transfer.
