E220 firmware upgrade

Hi Patrick,
The network (Vodafone) required that I upgrade my E220 firmware to E220Update_11.110.05.00.00.exe.
CheetahWatch 1.3 (40) no longer detects the modem.

It does this through a little icon in your menu bar (and a bigger window, if you want to see it), and also helps you keep track of your usage - no need for a nasty surprise from your provider.
